Deborah B. Hembree Joins Johnstone Adams

Deborah B. Hembree has joined the Firm of Johnstone, Adams, Bailey, Gordon & Harris, L.L.C. Her areas of practice include tax law, estate planning, employee benefits (including COBRA), commercial transactions, ERISA, and HIPAA. Hembree earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in 1987 from the University of Georgia and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 1990 from the University of Georgia School of Law. She received her LL.M in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1999. She is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
Hembree is admitted in the Southern, Middle, and Northern U.S. District Courts for the State of Alabama as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and is currently serving on the Board of Bar Examiners for the Alabama State Bar.
