Attorneys Collins and Perry Obtain Judgment for Mobile Infirmary in Religious Discrimination Case

Celia Collins and Bo Perry successfully tried a religious discrimination case in U. S. District Court on behalf of Mobile Infirmary. The court held that the hospital satisfied its obligation to provide reasonable accommodation to an employee who developed a religious conflict with working sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.
