Celia J. Collins, a member of Johnstone, Adams, Bailey, Gordon & Harris, LLC, in Mobile, was elected vice president of the Alabama State Bar by the Board of Bar Commissioners at its annual meeting in July at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. Collins has served on the commissioners board since 1998 and is the second woman in the history of the State Bar to hold this position.
