Johnstone Adams, LLC attorney Jessica L. Welch was recently selected for the inaugural class of the Connect Mobile Young Professionals Program. Connect Mobile is a leadership development program that provides up-and-coming leaders the opportunity to develop new skills and acquire the resources necessary to engage in their community. Sponsored by Mobile United and similar to the existing Leadership Mobile Program, Connect Mobile is designed to engage professionals ages 21-35 in the Mobile area who are interested in gaining leadership skills and becoming trustees in the community. Program participants will identify a community need and design an extensive community service project based on that need, which they will implement throughout the year in the Mobile area. Ms. Welch is a 2011 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and a 2012 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she completed an LL.M Program in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning. Ms. Welch regularly advises clients in the areas of business and corporate law, healthcare law, and ERISA, tax, trusts and estate law.
