Mark E. Harris
Mark Harris helps his clients in a wide variety of subject matters. He has a multitude of real estate experience, having closed on retail, industrial, and residential real estate throughout the United States and closed on numerous construction loans. He has negotiated commercial leases and high-dollar construction and supply contracts. He has also orchestrated Section 1031 exchanges of real property. Mark is responsible for organizing a broad range of limited liability companies.
Mark has represented clients in numerous insurance defense, contract, and lien actions. He has taken steps to enforce construction bonds, construction liens, and materialmen’s liens on many projects.
