The Firm is pleased to announce that Tiffany Smith has recently joined the firm as an associate. Tiffany received her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009 after graduating cum laude from Auburn University with a B.A. in English and Spanish. Her practice primarily focuses on general commercial litigation and the representation of construction clients in surety claims, bond issues, and disputes with subcontractors. She also has experience in the fields of eminent domain, condemnation, state and local government law, and representation of government employees. Tiffany is approved to serve as a State of Alabama Deputy Attorney General to the Alabama Department of Transportation, and she is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi.
